Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to TraqFreq within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the eligibility conditions below.
Return method
  • Get a return shipping label by filling out the online form.
  • Pack your items properly. Place the items into a shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won't get damaged.
  • Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping box.
Eligibility Conditions

1. Return Due To Change Of Mind

TraqFreq will accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within thirty days of receipt of the items. All returned items must be in their original unopened box. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. However, TraqFreq will provide convenient and discounted return shipping labels that will be deducted from the refund amount. If all conditions are not met, TraqFreq reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.

2. Missing, Defective or Damaged Items

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Free returns shipping will be provided. Once we receive the items, you can expect TraqFreq to process your claim within 7 days. TraqFreq will honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within ninety days of receipt of items.

When the claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

  • refund to your payment method
  • replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Delivery Terms

1. Domestic Transit Time

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3. Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4. P.O. Box Shipping

TraqFreq will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

5. Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

6. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

7. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.

Limited Liability

TraqFreq is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. TraqFreq is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
